I have been dreading this day. Yes, I want my children to grow up, but no, I don't want my children to grow up. It's hard when you spend almost everyday of six years with your baby and then hand them off to someone else to spend their day with. Words. Thankfully, Clara got a top notch kindergarten teacher. Like the best and my first pick. And she was SO excited and looking forward to starting kindergarten.
How many kindergarteners do you know who want to be an entomologist? :)
Taking pictures these days is difficult. Maryn does not cooperate.
End of the day report: Clara LOVED kindergarten. She can't wait to go back. When asked what her favorite part was...she replied "all of it."
Ellsy Lucille started preschool today. Surprisingly, she was more nervous than I thought she would be. Her class is small. Just five kids.
End of the day report: She loved it! Thankful for good starts!
End of the day report from home: The quietness was deafening at times...especially when Maryn was napping. But I liked it. :) And I didn't cry all day like I thought I might. It's a win!
