In my opinion, the second week of October is our busiest week of the year. Lots of activities, birthdays, tournaments, school projects, practices, tests, harvest, etc.
Harvest Festival at Grace Bible
Ellsy and Clara (friend, not sister)
Ellsy selling her jewelry at Old Time Saturday Night in Sabetha
Photo Shoot with Cats Found on My Phone
Reading together 💙
Helping her dad with a soybean plot
Buddies!
A fun and memorable remembrance of why we love Ben 😉
Ben's Birthday Morning
Clara's Birthday Morning
She requested Captain Crunch for breakfast for which I was very thankful. Mom needed quick and easy at this point 😂
From dad and mom
From sisters
Besides the covid birthdays, this is what she has always requested for her class birthday treats since preschool.
Birthday Lunch Date at School
Ellsy's 4th Grade Music Program happened to fall on Clara's birthday, you didn't have to talk to Clara long to find out how she felt about that 😂
Granny and Papa came over for a birthday supper before we jet out to go to the program.
Lifegroup budding actors.
Ellsy was Principal Taylor-she had quite a bit of speaking parts, which her dad and I had memorized too by the time the program day arrived 😉
Elliot was Floyd the Janitor and Beckett was Officer Barney.
Each girl has already stayed home sick this fall. Ben took advantage of Maryn's sick day to have her work on soil sample bags.
Ben hit a rock mowing and broke a window. Clara was doing homework and it gave her a good scare.
Eating nugs in the car during Maryn's soccer tournament. It was brrrr!
Soil sample bags and Nebraska volleyball. We are Nebraska volleyball fans fyi.
Maryn's team got first place in the tournament. They had three games on a very cold blistery day. They didn't lose a game the entire season.
She is all about the medal!
Subway after a day of volleyball. We were pretty tired at this point in the week 😜
Henry helping fold laundry...
School pick up
Ellsy loves hot dogs, I thought this would be a totally appropriate Halloween costume for her, but she didn't agree 😉
