Maryn at six is mermaid obsessed. She has always had a fascination with them. She spent a good portion of age 5 being sick which has contributed to some strong separation anxiety. School drop-off has been unpleasant and difficult, but it is getting better. She has always been clingy with mom, but it's spiked in recent weeks. She is kind, responsible, and helpful. She makes her mom and dad laugh with some great one-liners. She is Ruby's most aggressive playmate and a homebody for sure. She is growing her hair out because she wants it long! Games, music, and crafts are her jam. She ends up in mom and dad's bed more often than not during the night. She wasn't as sugary when she was sick but we've seen the sugar come back now that she is feeling better. This girl can make you melt with her words. She has missed 25 days of school this  year, but is off the charts in reading and math so we haven't needed to be concerned. We are looking forward to a healthier year #6!
