Martha was our problem chick. She knocked over the food and water often because she thought she always had to be on top. Eventually she started escaping so Papa Dean came and took them to the farm.
MM spends two nights a week at her sister's softball practices. She goes with the flow so well.

This was the only pic I got on Mother's Day, but in it is many things I'm thankful for...the one who made me a mom, family gatherings, hoodies, and my new sister in law!
We took "Flat Milly" with us on a day trip to St. Louis. Flat Milly was with us for several weeks and enjoyed many Kansas activities too. She was shipped back to Iowa last week!
Trips up to the top of the arch were sold out, so dad let the girls have a "princess carriage ride" along the Mississippi River. Ellsy didn't make the trip with us and stayed with a friend instead.
