Picture Dump for this Week 11.14.20

I love reenactments. Ben thinks I'm nuts, but he appeases me 😁

We took Clara to Indian Caves a couple of weeks ago, almost exactly to the day we took her 7 years ago...

She is a go-getter and we hiked several miles (I'm convinced she could go forever).

One-on-one time is so very sweet.

I laughed for awhile about this one 😂

Sometimes this girls stops me in my tracks with how much her and I are alike.
Clara and I share a love of crossing things off lists, studying and perfecting, cleaning and organization, hard work, exercise, being outside, and being with dad! She takes her role as big sister seriously and I thank God for her helpful attitude!

And then I see a lot of Uncle Tanner and her dad in her. She loves to learn and explore.

Her dad is going to make sure she is better at directions than her mom 😉

Clara was very proud to be the one taking the picture.

Ellsy and Paisley
We had dinner with some good friends
and  I don't think we let them hold their sweet babe the whole time we were there.

Getting the ol' ear muffs out before she gets on the bus.

I got this picture from school. Her teacher was proud of her for overachieving!

Face painting -- One of their favorite activities

We called her Franken-lu 😳

For some reason, her sisters don't ever let her paint their faces, so mom feels sorry for her and says ok 😉

Halloween Famous 😎

Sabetha has a downtown trick-or treat that is awesome. One of our favorite days of the year.

We had a mermaid (with a dog), an exotic animal vet, and a cowgirl.

Clara Naomi is a reader. She obviously will read anything she can get her hands on :) It wouldn't surprise me if she chooses a path in agriculture someday.

Just some cute girl feet.

Big changes in the Swinger house recently. Mom and dad were struggling keeping MM out of their bed at night. Mom was getting tired of getting up every night with her 3.5 year old 😜 MM has some strong attachment issues (going to Sunday School has been a STRUGGLE). In her defense, she was the only one sleeping alone in a room. We had tried before to put her in her sisters' room, but it didn't work. Ben wanted to try again and we had a victory. So...we now have a Swinger girls bedroom and turned Maryn's room into a playroom. The picture above is the first night in bunked beds which was a BIG deal. Very exciting. FYI I really like having most of the toys in one room instead of in all rooms :)

She will walk around the house reading a book.

We just finished up two weeks of remote learning. Here is some of my favorite work they did.

Getting to have a sleepover at Granny and Papa's house is much asked for around here.

Blessed with the best 💙

MM's favorite shirt 🎃

War on leaves. I love all our big trees, but boy do we get hammered this time of year with leaves!

Our baby 💚
