During Christmas break, we pulled taffy with friends.
I got to tell you, taffy grosses me out (too many hands involved!).
These are the adjectives Clara's class used to describe her. Tall and terrific! :)
Uncle Funcle Tanner Matson returned to Connecticut with a new do thanks to his nieces.
He made Ellsy's day. She is always looking for a participant to play this game and strangely, doesn't find many willing. :)
I'm glad my hairdresser doesn't climb on me. :)
The finished product!
Daddy fell asleep in the princess tent where he remained for the rest of the night. We've been married for 8.5 years and I am still in awe of his ability to fall asleep and stay asleep ANYWHERE!
When you just got to get out there and enjoy the day! Sunshine!
Family!
Ellsy "I want to make a mix for snack"
What Ellsy really meant "I want to eat marshmallows for snack" :)
Bedtime reading with Uncle
Maryn keeps asking where "Tanna" is
Playing cows. If the girls could play anything, it would be playing cows with Papa Deanie.
He puts on a show! :)
N is for noodle! And Ellsy has started wearing this blue crown everywhere.
Ellsy really really wants Maryn to sleep with her during the night. Maryn is all for it! Mom and dad use tactics such as talking about Elmo and Old McDonald outside the door to get her out of the bed. We've had some fun with it.
The twins which Maryn has named "Two" got to take an outing to church.
Snow shoveling time!
Maryn wasn't quite sure what to do in the snow. So whatever her sisters did, she mimicked.
Our snow angels. 💙❄⛄
