We started our weekend with an Easter egg hunt in Sabetha.
Afterwards we went to an Easter "festival" at one of the local churches in town.
P.S. Bouncy houses are where its at for these girls.

A Kansas leopard
We came home and ate a quick lunch and then went out to "our park" for an Easter egg hunt.
By this time, it was getting really chilly!
So on Saturday afternoon, Clara started complaining about her eye bothering her. And ironically, my eye felt weird too. It was soon realized that we had pink eye. On a Saturday...on a holiday weekend. BUMMER! So we stayed home from church and Easter dinner and spent the day together. We were bummed, but it was really good to spend some one on one time with each other. Kindergarten is right around the corner...sniffle, sniffle.
I know I'm partial...but she is such a special kiddo. So much joy and kindness in that skinny little bod...and so smart and curious! I know I've said it before, but she reminds me SO MUCH of her Uncle Tanner that I can't believe it sometimes.
Pink eye, smink eye.
The snow was a blessing.
By the end of the day, she had talked my ears off :)
The verdict is out on whether the rest of the fam will get "the pink eye" as Ellsy calls it.
