Maryn's Birth Story: The condensed version...
We did not make it to the hospital in Manhattan even with Ben driving 90 mph. :) We made it about halfway--Maryn was born about four miles past Frankfort, KS in our minivan which was parked in a field of native grass. Ben had called 911 because I was adamant we were not going to make it. It took 3 contractions and she was out, caught in a bath towel by her dad. The ambulance showed up a couple minutes later. We arrived to the Manhattan hospital healthy. God's hand was so evident during this whole event. So many things could have went wrong...we feel SO very thankful to have a healthy baby.
