Technically, this wasn't our first snow of the season, but it was the first one that Clara was able to enjoy. And boy, did she enjoy it. All day long…that's where she wanted to be!
One of my absolute favorite mom moments is when Clara gets "the look." Its a look of straight …joy. Other times she gets "the look" are when she gets a sweet treat like candy, sees someone she loves coming towards her, or receives a gift. When she was in the snow, "the look" came out. I love it.
These are the moments that I want to remember always.
Sledding.
She built her first snowman. "Shall we build a snowman?" Clara asks often.
Another perk of the park. A super slippery, snowy slide to go down.
And true to her name, she loves to swing, even in the snow.
Hot chocolate to get warm. Or maybe I should say marshmallows:)
